chanticleer: we really like this restaurant for breakfast. There was a steady line when we went in, and there was still a steady line when we left, which is a great indication of how good this restaurant is. The place is pretty open with tables and booths for sitting throughout. The restaurant has lots of pastries and breakfast and lunch meals. We ordered the croissant egg sandwich with a side of bacon and we also ordered the Californian sandwich. I thought the egg sandwich on the croissant was great. So was the Almond croissant which was a little hearty compared to other ones I’ve had that seem lighter. I really enjoyed this one. They also had different types of coffees, including some specialty coffees. I ordered the gingerbread latte and it was really good. It’s like a bakery and a restaurant. The baked goods looked incredible. The layout of the store is pretty simple, but I felt it lacked a little bit of coziness, mainly because the walls were pretty bare. The counter section and displays are great, but it just feels like the decorating of the room could use some extra pictures or something. Overall, we thought this place was great and recommended to others. You can tell there’s a loyal customer base and I’m pretty sure it’s because of the good food and the great customer service.

Nice but rather average in atmosphere and food quality. Service was marked down just because they got our order wrong and had to remake one of the breakfast sandwiches. Others seemed to really like the place because it was packed with a constant line, and all the tables were full. Went on a Friday at around 10 am.

I'll start by saying I thought the food was delicious, and it's a really cute spot in a good location. Unfortunately on my last visit, I was eating a cinnamon roll, and probably halfway through it, saw a green spot that I know was mold. It happens with bread, we just wanted to let them know so they could pull the other ones so no one else eats mold. When we showed it to them, the manager tried to tell me that it was just the cinnamon filling, which for 1) there was tons of filling in it that was clearly not green 2) I make cinnamon rolls from scratch at home. I know what cinnamon filling looks like, I know what moldy enriched bread looks like. The manager definitely had an attitude about it, I get it, it's busy but still. We're talking food safety and guy was being a jerk. So after we left, my partner is eating his croissant & lo and behold, a long red/blond curly hair was melted into the cheese. At this point, we aren't driving back to deal with this, but it's important to let people know that they do not take food safety seriously, and for your own health I would not patronize this establishment
