The PURE customer service of this GEM is impeccable 🤌came here for the first time today, and WHY have I not come sooner?! It was drizzling, and my partner and I were looking at the menu outside, I see the owners FLY up out of the seats inside and PROMPTLY greet us as if they'd been waiting for us to arrive! So sweet and warm welcoming. The man told us to come on inside and we can order where it's warm. So hospitable, it's as if we were family. Both owners said he would be happy to make the drinks to our liking and he even gave us a sampling; SO above and beyond. We've been to EASILY over 100+ different coffee shops and this one really stood out. I ordered the banana bread latte and gingerbread and they were made with love and care. Do yourself the favor people and support support support!!!! Forget about silly starbucks, they don't do lattes like these people do! Not the mention ALL the specialty lattes 🤌😍😍

Stopped by today for a coffee run. I got the banana bread latte with oat milk it was AMAZING as well as the Nutella mocha which wasn’t too sweet and wasn’t too bitter! Our barista was amazing too, he was very informative about the brand and how they brew the coffee, even gave me a mini rubber ducky. Before I came in I read about them on their website (which I would highly recommend doing, it’s such a cool and innovative way to make coffee). The inside is covered with people’s art and scribbles, it was really fun to walk around and look at everything. Overall, I would highly recommend stopping by! There’s a ton of outdoor seating and fire pits to sit and chill. Although I do wish I got the pancakes instead of the cinnamon roll… guess you’ll be seeing me again soon 😂 As I was writing this our barista came out and turned on the fire table for us! Amazing service! So kind!

Location and concept are nice, coffee was good but not perfect (I ordered cappuccino and got mostly milk like in latte no foam). Pistachio croissant was awesome 👏 however service could be better - first I got my coffee with no cinnamon I had requested, then cinnamon roll was given cold and doesn’t taste fresh. And the restroom definitely needs to be checked and cleaned (
