What an amazing place. Warm, embracing atmosphere. Family owned, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their product. The ice cream was delicious, as well as the fish waffles. I loved this experience so much, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I was very disappointed with the service my friend and I received today. As first-time visitors, we had a few questions, but one of the owners found my inquiry about the rolled ice cream versus soft serve amusing and laughed in my face. It felt extremely rude and unprofessional. That should have been my cue to leave. After finally getting clear answers, we placed our orders—I got the Oreo cookie soft serve in a small cup. The portion of cookie topping was a joke; they used a tiny teaspoon to sprinkle powdered Oreo dust on top of me cream (pictured), yet charged an extra 75 cents. My friend had the same experience with her order. The amount of crushed cookies was nowhere near what was advertised on their menu (also pictured). Between the poor customer service and lackluster product, it was not worth the money. I definitely won’t be returning.

This has become my favorite ice cream spot in the area. The options are great, the rolled ice cream is delicious, the drinks whether milkshakes, milk tea, boba it's all good. And the people working there are super nice.
