*edit: added photos Got a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was delicious, so so tasty. The sandwich was fresh but a little bland for my liking. However, it was filling and that was the ultimate goal. The employees and atmosphere are superb. Friendly, inviting, warm, and happy despite getting there at 8am. Really enjoyable and will be back.

We decided to stop here before heading onto the Blue Ridge Parkway through Boone, hoping for a good meal. Unfortunately, our experience fell short. The food was quite disappointing, and the staff seemed unsure about which items were vegan, which is problematic given the limited vegan options available. Even though we arrived right when the restaurant opened, most of the vegan choices were not available. I’d recommend finding a place to eat further away if you're vegan and planning to hit the Blue Ridge Parkway. This spot is not ideal for those following a vegan diet.

I love this place so much! I think that the coffee here is absolutely perfect, the “Strawberry Shortcake” is my favourite. It doesn’t taste too milky for a latte but also has a sweet and fruity twist. In terms of food, their croissants are some of the best I’ve ever tasted, especially when used as the bread option for the breakfast sandwich. The baristas are always so sweet and always greet people with a smile and a good morning. I’m usually not used to paying over $2 for coffee but this place is a great exception.
