The coffee and staff at this local spot are truly outstanding. The baristas are friendly and the coffee is top-notch. However, the aesthetic is thrift store shabby, with everything painted black as if to hide structural issues and inadequate lighting, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom itself makes one hesitate to use it due to broken plumbing and non-functioning lights. I recommend the establishment focus on improving their interiors to better match the quality of their coffee and service.

I went for the first time today and GENUINELY it was a terrible experience. The Barista, Jon, was unwelcoming and rude. I try my absolute best to be polite and kind to strangers, so for that to returned with one word responses and dirty looks was very hurtful. I got a earl gray and it tasted alright but nothing will wash away the nasty taste Jon left in my mouth.
