Friendly and helpful team. Great food for a reasonable price. Spacious cafe that's great for studying, working or hanging out with friends. I've been to this place several times during my short stay in the neighborhood. The only constructive feedback I have would be to pay more attention to how takeouts are packed, especially if there's sauce involved because the sauce in my bao leaked through the cracks of the container and got all over my paper bag. This wouldn't have happened if the container was packed vertically instead of horizontally in the bag. Overall the food and service are great and I'd visit again when I'm in the neighborhood. Recommend: egg sandwich, omelette

This is a great cafe with an excellent menu to keep the interest of customers peeked. Seating is spacious, from large tables on the main floor to high stools provided at the window. Coffee is good, food and pastries are a good choice as well. Great place to meet up with friends or to get some work done on your laptop.

If you’re craving the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and crispy goodness, look no further than Cafe Lafayette. This charming little spot serves up the most flavorful chicken and waffles, with each bite bursting with buttery, maple-kissed perfection. The waffles are golden and fluffy, while the chicken is perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. The korean bbq flavor is the great twist on this classic dish. I can go on and on about this place from the ambience, to the coffee (I had a hot caramel latte with a shot of espresso with oatmilk) and even the smoothie was really great (blueberries and banana with fresh apple juice) We will be back again very soon !!
