I used to love Rare Tea Boba, but over the past few times I've gone there the quality is dropped immensely. 1) The drinks are now served in plastic solo cups instead of their signature hard plastic rare tea cups. 2) The last time I went I couldn't even order a brown sugar boba shake because they were out of brown sugar syrup. Called a few days later and they were still out of alot of their inventory. 3) And the last time I was able to order my favorite drink they cut the boba in it by half. Super disappointed with how low the quality has gone here. This used to be my favorite place, but not no longer.

I’ve been getting boba from this location since they opened. It used to be the best around… now? Not at all. To the point I’m going to stop going. If I’m going to spend that much on a drink it needs to be good and made properly. The last 3 times I have ordered here, my drink has been made incorrectly. Unfortunately I usually order to go and it isn’t worth my time to turn all the way around for a remake. I tried emailing them to let them know of the issue and got no response. The cups are not the same as they were and are very flimsy now. As other reviews have stated, the lids do not stay on at all. Plus it’s a solo cup lid so you can’t even mix the boba up properly. I have no idea what happened to this place… but it’s not anywhere near what it used to be. Please fix this before I have to go somewhere else! It breaks my heart to see a great place go downhill.

The employee we met was amazing and so sweet. She helped my wife figure out what to order. We love it here and the tea is so good. Highly recommend!
