Great Local Spot with Delicious Food! I had the chance to visit Seven Bays Cafe recently, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall charm of the place. The menu features a great selection of dishes with fresh, local ingredients. I particularly loved the [insert specific dish], which was flavorful and expertly prepared. They also offer several vegetarian and gluten-free options, which is always a nice touch. The portions were generous, and I felt like I really got good value for my money. My only small critique is that the service was a bit slower than expected, but the food more than made up for it. The cafe has a great vibe, and it's clear they care about sustainability and quality. I'd definitely return for another meal and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The yogurt berry granola was proper. I also ordered the Cheddar & Green onion scone, but it's not my favorite. It' was tough like the British style with a hard crusty exterior and dry. It's a personal choice and although I give 5-stars, you should try it yourself. We also had the chai latte and matcha latte. Both were delicious. Loved how this place doubles as a fun co-working spot and has a joint bouldering gym called Seven Bays Bouldering; it's one and the same place. Highly recommend.

Came here for breakfast while visiting the city. A true local gem! The staff is kind and the food is amazing. I tried the granola, breakfast sandwich and breakfast plate, and everything impressed. Next time I’m in town, this is easily my go to spot. Cheers to the owners and management for making this place!
