Maybe it’s because I just moved here and have had Starbucks the past few weeks which is straight A**, but the flat white I got here was perfect. Good temp. You can taste the sweetness and tanginess of the espresso. Not burnt at all. This is one of those few places where I will return to try a cortado and straight espresso shot. Cool vibe although quite empty at 9am on a Thursday. Highly recommend for people who actually like good coffee / espresso.

Dark Moon Coffee is a total win! As owners of a coffee roasting company in Utah with a pretty picky palate, we were beyond impressed. Dark Moon did not disappoint! Their staff was so friendly and great to chat with, and we loved the open setup where you can see the roasting process from start to finish. The coffee is absolutely incredible, and it was such a treat to find a latte that’s truly worth drinking. Highly recommend!

Tried one of their seasonal drinks coconut matcha cloud and the matcha was whisked nicely where it’s not grainy. The coconut flavoring was very good and I loved the unique to go cups that let you drink from the cup and from a straw. I deducted a star just because a lot of the menu was crossed out and I found a lack of variety on their flavors menu. I’d probably come back to give another chance
