Easily the best breakfast place in all of Washoe County. I love how spaced the seating is. The food has crazy large portions. The best gravy I’ve ever had had a restaurant when I had their ultimate home fries. The coffees are perfect. This visit I had the healthy egg white omelette, it was so good! Adding more… we went back and had burritos and my son had a burger…. There is nothing I haven’t liked here yet!

The food here is absolutely delicious! My favorite is Carne Asada!! I love the French toast as my dessert 😂. Have a mimosa with your meal or coffee. No matter what you have it will be delicious! If you want to have an authentic Mexican breakfast this is the place to come.

I recently visited Sparks Coffee Shop for breakfast and had an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, the cleanliness of the restaurant was immediately noticeable, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. I started my meal with a cup of fresh-squeezed orange juice, which was refreshing and a perfect kickstart to the morning. Craving something different, I asked my server, Mary, for a recommendation. She suggested the chilaquiles with carne asada, and it did not disappoint! The dish was flavorful, generously portioned, and the carne asada was cooked to perfection—just a heads up, it's a lot of food! The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and am already looking forward to returning soon. If you find yourself in the area and in the mood for some great food in a clean and friendly environment, Sparks Coffee Shop is definitely worth a stop!
