The college kids work their asses off at this location. Get the zebra cookie if you are a cookies n creme fan. My cappuccino with half and half has the correct portions (not too much on the foam). Bagels and coffee are the best in Albany area! The location does get packed but the line moves fast. Sometimes it’s hard to get a table if it is busy.

Really great bagel, always very fresh, and occasionally good day old bagels in sale. Sandwiches are always nicely stuffed and use fresh ingredients. Really just a great local place for a solid, super quick bagel order.

Uncommon Grounds is well known to Albany as the best place to get your bagels, however, the service has been in decline since their expansion. They no longer seem to put sandwiches in cardboard containers and instead wrap the sandwich in a wrapper too small so that it falls out and apart in the bag. When I asked the person who made my sandwich to help in some way, she essentially pointed to the wrappers on the counter and told me to fix it myself. One of the other ladies there was much nicer and offered some actual help. Also, how do you not serve egg everything bagels yet? They are easily the best bagels money can buy. Please, do better.
