Went here for breakfast today looming for a new coffee spot. The food was absolutely amazing, we had the French toast and the breakfast sandwich. Both were equally incredible and I would recommend both. Had an iced latte with the maple spice flavor and my partner had a cold brew with coconut flavor. The coffee drinks were very good, not too sweet and not bitter at all. Lots of tables and comfortable seating options. Good chill music that wasn't loud which is always a plus. Free water, street parking, very friendly employees.

Hugely disappointing -- and not a place I'd go for breakfast. The space is lovely and calming, but the service? I stopped by at 10 on a Saturday morning (2/15/25), and one employee was working, a young woman who seemed a bit out of it, slow and uncertain. When the group of three ahead of me starting ordering breakfast, I knew that it would take a *long* time for that person to make their meal and serve them. I wasn't willing to wait. I've no doubt the owners have good hearts and good intentions, but that's not enough to run a business. I was a regular at the old Sweetness7 and spent many sweet hours in that space. In all the years I went there, nothing like this happened. I hope this visit was a rare fluke, but with other good options for breakfast in Buffalo I'm reluctant to give them another chance.
