I’ve been to Koré Coffee in Chinatown twice now, and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite spots. On my first visit, I tried their americano, which was solid and well-balanced, but what really won me over was the mocha with oat milk I had on my second visit. It was rich, smooth, and just the right level of sweetness without overpowering the coffee. The space is cozy with a minimalist vibe, and the staff is always friendly. If you’re in Chinatown and in need of a quality coffee fix, I definitely recommend stopping by Kore Coffee—especially for the mocha!

The atmosphere in the cafe is very calm and quiet with some chill music playing. I appreciate a cafe that doesn’t blast music! The inside is trendy and clean as well. I purchased a Cappuccino with a shot of vanilla. It was $7 after tip, which is slightly pricy. The flavor of the espresso is bright and slightly bitter, nicely pulled. They made the perfect amount of foam to milk ratio! Very creamy feel in the mouth. The two workers, a man and a woman, were very nice! The woman is especially kind and was the one who made my drink. There was a regular who came in after me, and their relationship was very sweet to observe! If this becomes your regular spot, they will treat you very kindly (even if it’s your first time being here, like it is mine, they will still treat you well, but the extra conversation they had with a regular was a very good sign). They also seem to have punch-cards that will allow you to get a free drink after completing. Overall, very sweet place, good coffee, and kind workers.

Why do I go twice a day? Because KORE is amazing. The service...forget it.. like the nicest people and proud of what they have built.. and it shows. Oh and the coffee happens to be amzing!!
