BLUF: A small, quaint small business joint with good ambience and hospitality serving made from scratch snacks and pastries to accompany good coffee with beans roasted onsite. Priced well. Will come back again. DETAILS: It was our 2nd visit, this time bringing the fam and the first time being myself (to scope it out). We appreciated the simplicity of the decor with good seating inside and out. Compared to places like Double Shot, we appreciated not having to wait over 20 mins to order. Coffee was pretty good - wife and I are latte snobs, and we enjoyed it overall. Full bodied, no bitter after notes, perfect temp, and oat milk was made with decent latte art. Compared to other local places in Tulsa that are terrible (essentially watered down coffee with poorly steamed milk), this place was very good - not the best, but great. We ordered a sausage (sourced from local Siegis) roll, plus a pumpkin espresso cake, all made from scratch. Pretty good overall. Will definitely return, esp since our son has soccer practice nearby 2x a week.

Great coffee. Great egg bites. Great atmosphere. Let's keep this place in business Bixby. Clean and staff is friendly too. Outside sitting area is great!

Parking in downtown Bixby is a real pain right now. The city is doing major renovations to the streets and sidewalks. The work that has been done is beautiful. There is a large building going up that has some of the streets closed. We ended up having to park a couple of blocks away from the coffee shop, due to the limited parking spots. The Copper Key Coffeeshop is on winter hours right now, closing at 2pm. We were running late, it was 1:45 when we walked in. They were wrapping things up for the day. We got a Carmel Latte and a Spicy Mocha, to go. Both were good/average. They needed to be a little hotter for the walk back to the car. Another visit is in order, allowing for time to sit and enjoy the shop. This is a very nicely remodeled building with a bright comfortable looking interior. Looks to be a great place to sip on a cup of coffee and relax.
