Their standard espresso roast is a nice, deep, rich blend, but for some reason Gypsy Cafe pulls it better than their actual coffee shop does. I pop in once every few months, and every time not only am I disappointed by the service but also the coffee. Today was an added insult as I paid $6.40 for a drink that costs

Fire on all accounts. 🔥 Top-notch service with baristas who are both skilled and super friendly. These folks know their coffee – a medium latte here packs two double shots, so true coffee lovers don’t have to settle for weak, sugary drinks. Real coffee, real flavor. Love it!

Espresso flavor is highly reminiscent of Topeca. If you like that floral coffee flavor, then you'll like this. It's not really my thing, but it was well prepared. Everything was packed to go, including the messy pastry I purchased, which was handed to me in a bag with no napkin and nothing with which to eat it. It did taste good. Music was loud in what is a fairly small space. I like the community tables, although there are small group and single spots around.
