Atmosphere is cool, there was quite a few people in there doing work/homework on their laptops. I had the caramel specialty drink. I should have gotten half sweet because it is super sweet (which I did ask about and she said that it wasn’t THAT sweet). I also had a ham, egg, and cheese croissant. My friends got sausage breakfast sandwiches that they loved. They also got frozen specialty drinks. 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks was $32 and some change then tipped $3! The sandwiches stole the show taste wise, although, there was only like 1-2 slices of ham on mine so it’s not very filling! If the portions were bigger and the lady that took my order had advised me correctly on the sweetness, I would give it a 5 star! Almost forgot to take a pic so it’s not the best picture but it shows that the portions are just not enough for the price!

My favorite coffee shop! I forgot they were closed on Thanksgiving and made a last minute dash to get some coffee for my morning and they were so sweet! When I apologized for showing up so close to closing time, they told me it was no problem and that they were happy to get that for me! They also made sure to say goodbye to my kiddo when we left. I never have to worry about customer service here!

I used to come here quite often because I love their coffee and just recently started coming back but unfortunately this morning I was greeted in a way that had me so upset for so long that I couldn’t shake it which is what led me to write a review. There's a lady with blonde short hair with super cute glasses that usually takes my order she’s really nice and helped me create a rewards account last time I came. I was used to the punch cards so I was trying to ask the lady at the window this morning if I could order the last drink shown on my account and she got so nasty with me as if I knew what to do. I tried to let her know what I was wanting again and she’s looking down not even making eye contact and then cuts me off mid sentence. I told her don’t worry about it and as I’m pulling off the windows still down and you can hear her telling her co workers what just happened. It’s sad to say this woman was the owner and I’m just completely disappointed. What made it so bad was my daughter was in the front seat and heard how the lady talked to me and it upset her as well. Maybe there’s stress in her personal life, but it has already been a rough start to the morning in our household so for this to be my first interaction of the day was just a little upsetting and I will never come here again.
