This is the second time I received hair in my breakfast sandwich. My friend and I enjoy the atmosphere at the cafe, however the fact we keep finding hair in our food is concerning and makes me question their cleanliness behind the counter. My girlfriend shared with me this happened to her and she had to ask for another sandwich to be made. The fact that this is the second time this has happened let's me know that the staff and establishment is not taking the necessary steps to make sure hygenic practices are met. I am a black woman and the hair texture seen in the sandwich is not from me. Coffee culture needs to do better because this is beginning to looking suspicious.

Visited this Coffee Culture branch after a nearby business meeting. The atmosphere upon entering was vibrant yet cozy, maintaining the wooden nostalgia characteristic of most coffee shops. The service was prompt and efficient. Opted for a quick on-the-go order with a croissant and an Oreo 'ccino. The combination was both speedy and delicious, offering a refreshing break from the usual coffee fast-food establishments in the vicinity. A worthwhile choice for a swift and distinct coffee experience!

I got here the best breakfast in Ajax. I got a breakfast power sandwich, power smooth and capuchino. Everything was fresh and tasty. I am sad that I did not go here before during my work trip.
