Having recently moved to this city, I can confidently say this store is one of my favorite finds. They offer an incredible variety of coffee flavors, including my personal favorites like Caramel Pecan, Vanilla Macadamia Nut, and Holiday Grog—perfect for the Christmas season! The quality and aroma are unmatched, and I get so many compliments on how amazing my coffee smells and tastes. What makes Hamley’s even more special is that I couldn’t find anything like this in Toronto, where I lived for over 17 years. Now, my friends from Toronto, Mississauga, Ajax, Richmond Hill, and even Montreal are asking me to bring them coffee from this store! Hamley's also offers a wide selection of teas, along with everything you need for the perfect coffee or tea experience—teapots, mugs, containers, and more. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making every visit a pleasure. If you’re in Barrie or just passing through, Hamley's Coffee and Tea is a must-visit! You won’t be disappointed.

This is a family run business that brings a wide variety of freshly roasted coffee beans. Unfortunately, you can't taste the coffee beforehand, but through understanding your taste profile, they always recommend a winning blend. We also bought some tea's and could have spent hours in here smelling all the delicious aroma of coffee or geeking out on all the coffee gadgets.

I was looking for a local business to buy my coffee grinds from, and to get introduced to the world of tea. The staff member was lovely and super knowledgeable on all of the products, and helped my sister and I find some tea that fit the profile we were looking for (low to zero caffeine, but also flavorful) since we both know very little about teas. The shop itself has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with a good range of coffeeware and teaware. They earned a new loyal customer in myself and my sister, and I'm excited to try more of what they offer!
