I placed a mobile order and it was not ready in allotted time. The barista, although pleasant missed the order notes and I was served a lukewarm beverage. Additionally, the bathroom was disgusting. It was outdated, and there was no hand soap and the toilet seats were in need of replacement. I won’t be going back here

I won't personally be returning, although I tried this location in order to "buy Canadian." The bathroom wasn't clean and there was no toilet paper in the stall. The food was not enjoyable at all, the egg and cheese sandwich was oddly sweet and tasted very artificial. The espresso was delicious, though, so if you're going for black coffee or espresso, I'd recommend here. Otherwise, no.

Sad to have to make this review because I love second cup and have been going to this location for years but this specific location has absolutely gone down the gutter. There’s only one barista (I think they us they/them pronouns) that can actually make a proper latte. Everybody else makes the drinks with so much foam if you buy a medium you’re basically paying for a small! Usually I wouldn’t care but this has happened not once not twice but about 6 times. This photo is from when I got home and opened my cup to find it half empty! For an already overpriced drink this is insane. The location itself is never clean and the staff (aside for the barista mentioned above and zaynah) have a very stink attitude. Brampton just needs quality coffee shops unfortunately this second cup location is not one of those anymore
