A unique coffee shop. They source their beans from a farm in El Salvador and roast them here. So they are single farm origin but not single bean origin. Had a Cortado; it was creamy. This place is not a coffee shop for hanging around at tables if that is what you are looking for. It’s more a place to buy your beans and have a variety. Very friendly host. They even have 2 live coffee plants there! I thought that was unique.

Firebat Coffee Roasters provides the best coffee in the greater Hamilton area / Halton if you like fruity or sweet coffee. Note - they have their own farm in El Salvador where Rodrigo, one of the roastery founders, farms coffee to ship to Canada. Their operation is solid and ensures control over their supply chain. For everyone who likes single origin coffee, knowing where their beans come from, and an ethical supply chain where the coffee farmer receives fair compensation, from my perspective, nothing comes closer to providing this than Firebat. After all, in this case, the farmers own the roastery. Try them out!

Excellent coffee and friendly staff- I love that I can buy a bag from them, they will grind it for me so I can use it at home! I recommend this place to all my friends who drink coffee! ☕ I especially love the cappuccino and the espressos!
