The signage said to pickup mobile orders on the teams in the middle of the store so I waited for my order to be put there. Eventually heading to ask and it was behind the counter getting cold. Then when I opened my sandwich (egg white pesto) it was the saddest one I've ever seen. Thoroughly disappointment. If second cup didn't have better matcha lattes than its competitors I wouldn't be coming back. Guess I just need to skip the food next time

One of my favourite pleasures is to stop in and grab my favourite coffee and snack after work!! The service is always exceptionable, today Hannah went the extra mile. This is a great venue, encourage you to visit soon and often!

I had a latte at Second Cup, and it tasted amazing! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!
