Visited here on a relatively dreary afternoon in March. Was relatively hungry and as such got a pizza. It was served very hot and as such I burned my mouth… was likely over eager on my first bite. Not a problem though as I thoroughly enjoyed regardless. Crust was thin and the cheese was melty. Coffees were delectable and I enjoyed sipping on my beverage post coffee. The lemon square was good, though would have likely been a bit nicer served colder. It was a bit gooey. All in all - great little spot! I would certainly come back for a coffee and a pastry and a quiet spot to work.

They are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with recommendations or ensure you have everything you need for a great dining experience. Overall, Melville Cafe is a wonderful spot that combines delicious food, a lovely atmosphere, and fantastic service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal and a cozy place to relax!

Nestled along the Grand River in the picturesque downtown of Galt, the Melville Cafe will supercede your expectations. The sight lines are awe-inspiring! The food and dessert selections are spectacular. My friends and I chose the gourmet pizzas. One friend is celiac and commented that it was the best gluten-free pizza she had ever consumed. The decor is inviting, and the staff are super-friendly and immaculately attired. The service and food were excellent.
