I come in here often. The selection is great and the staff are always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable too. I drink decaf coffee, so I appreciate having a local store that offers a variety of flavours

I really enjoyed their Cambridge location before they closed their doors. I decided to venture to their Kitchener location this past Saturday and boy was it very dysfunctional. It smelled like weed and was very dirty. Empty boxes everywhere and the lady manning the store was outside sitting down and smoking when I pulled up. No care to clean up any of the boxes or open new boxes of coffee. Obviously no care or pride shown in this local business.
