I have never experienced such poor service as I did at this Starbucks. The staff seemed untrained and inexperienced, with young workers who didn’t know how to handle dine-in customers. No trays or cutlery were provided with the order. The space was filthy, with trash scattered everywhere and flies buzzing around. It was an embarrassing experience, especially with my guests. Management needs to pay attention.

Good space. Normal Starbucks menu. Service is friendly but bit slow. They had 6 staff but only 1 customer gets served at a time. 1 was serving, 1 was making drinks. What were they other 4 doing?

I usually order on this location as I am preparing for my exam and sitting in a nearby library today I ordered my usual chai with extra hot milk!! it was not even hot rather I feel like brista did’nt even bothered to read the order!! Pathetic pathetic!! on this location usually I feel the service is very bad, there was no one in the queue after me and only one car before me in the drive through so no real pressure yet a pathetic tea was prepared and served….
