Tried Pilot Coffee Roasters for the first time and ordered the Heritage House Blend Americano. The coffee was exceptional—one of the best I’ve had, and I’d definitely return for it. However, the service left something to be desired. It felt like I had to pull out information about the coffee from the staff, which took away from the experience. A bit more enthusiasm, a welcoming smile, and proactive sharing of product details would go a long way. Not sure if it was just that early morning or if that’s their usual approach, but a little more effort in customer interaction would be appreciated.

Amazing atmosphere to peacefully work while sipping on a latte! 😉 staff is very accommodating and customer friendly. I ordered a latte with pistachio cake slice, I will come again and recommend this place 100%

I really enjoyed their coffee beans ever since I worked downtown. However the service at this location is terrible… they asked if I’d like my matcha latte sweetened but failed to mention that if they sweeten it for me it’s a $2 additional fee! For simple syrup! What?! The total came out to like $9 for a basic matcha latte in a to-go cup and the barista was rude when I asked her the breakdown of my total. I mean come on… Not impressed. Also the seating isn’t the most inviting for a coffee shop.
