7am opening is quiet. Tranquil. The prices are higher but worth the price for the atmosphere and comfort ✨️ 👌 Requested off menu, toasted, peanut 🥜 butter and banana 🍌. Unfortunately could not accommodate unless I was willing to piece it all together 😄. I'll go back, I like it here. BTW, only serving regular butter 🧈 Late opening. Bathrooms are sub par and owner likes to tell tales. Late opening but overlooked, things happen. I enjoy my time here. Good people really push the decision 👏. Continuous late openings. It could be maybe safer to say, we open at 7:15am, rather then 7am. The worst part being, places make you feel like it is your fault, or you are wrong for knocking or pointing at your watch, or it's only a couple of minutes, calm down. Disheartening. I attempted to order multigrain bread, but the employee referred to it as wholegrain. I requested two slices: one with peanut butter and honey, and the other with peanut butter and brown sugar. However, I was informed that all the ingredients could only be provided in packets for me to assemble myself. I'm left wondering about the rationale behind this decision. Is it a matter of efficiency, liability, or simply a reluctance to go above and beyond for customer service? It seems to me that exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare. After this experience, I paid for my tea with a $5 bill and asked the employee to keep the change. I recently had an unsettling encounter with the owner or manager of the establishment. He was noticeably intrusive, observing my phone and activities with an air of apprehension. His concern seemed less about my experience and more about protecting his coffee shop's reputation. This behavior speaks volumes about both his character and the business he operates. While I initially enjoyed my time there, this incident has prompted me to reconsider my patronage. My money and recommendations will no longer support a business where such true colors emerge.012

This was my first visit to try different then my usual Tim Hortons breakfast, I found the location wonderful the service was excellent, the staff is very polite, helpful and humble, they give you a number and the food is served fresh on your table, A bit pricy buh worth it , The ambiance was good and the restaurant was clean and well managed I will come again with family and friends

Was walking through the Harmony Creek trail and decided to stop for a break and a Muffin. Wasn’t sure what to expect but it definitely looked fancy and well put together which sort of contrasts with the rest of the plaza - which isn’t a bad think by any means! The place was spotless and the atmosphere was fancy but not pretentious. They had a nice set up, ambience and a more cozy area with a TV and fire place with nice seats. They also had tables, booths and high bar seating available. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. The cakes look absolutely amazing; definitely will try those at some point. We got the Muffins and a Scone and both were delicious and taste home-made. The prices are up there but for the baked goods I felt they were cheaper than Starbucks and way better quality so $3 for a nice Pistachio Muffin (something you almost never find) is worth it over a $4.50 one from a mediocre chain.
