I love this cafe so much and can’t recommend it enough! The atmosphere is lovely, the treats and coffee are always so tasty, and I really enjoy browsing all the goods from Indigenous artisans. Definitely my favourite local haunt when I’m looking for a place to hangout.

I would give 0 stars for service. The place itself is nice. Could only get coffee as nothing else is served here. Coffee was good. Staff attitude horrible. No need to jump over hoops and applaud when I walk in. However kindness and respect and good customer service is a plus which sadly I did not see. Friends should refrain from rating 5 stars as it is not an unbiased opinion. Actually makes the negative comments look worse. I came from 2.5 hrs away to support an indigenous business and left disappointed. As for being nice to service workers....always 150% of the time. However, when said service worker is rude and hostile even though you keep being polite, that is when you draw the line. Many other indigenous businesses around that I will gladly support.

I visited Beandigen Cafe while visiting from Treaty One Territory earlier this month. Came in for coffee and a visit with a friend and felt welcomed to sit and visit. The coffee was great, the service was exceptional. I was grateful to be able to meet Erin, the artist behind the beautiful earrings that I bought for myself. Beandigen is a beautiful space for all.
