Allows dogs while ordering. Friendly staff. Drinks way better than Starbucks or Tims. Hot chocolate is my favourite. Cute interior to sit and relax

Perfectly located with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The vibe is cozy and inviting. We were greeted warmly and served by Rochel and TJ, who were both incredibly friendly and professional. Since my partner speaks limited English, Rochel kindly spoke French to him, which we truly appreciated. I had a chai tea with a touch of warm oat milk (similar to a London Fog) paired with a gluten-free peanut butter cookie—both were delicious. My partner enjoyed a caramel corn latte and a herb & cheese scone, and everything was fantastic. The only small suggestion I have is that there was some water accumulation near the entrance from people coming in off the snowy sidewalk. Mopping a bit more frequently might help. But honestly, that’s the only thing I could think of to improve—everything else was excellent! We will definitely be back! 😉

Eclectic little coffee shop which offers inside and outside seating. The location was perfect for us as it was near our hotel. We loved the name and said we would try it before leaving town - we were not disappointed! The staff was fun, interacted with patrons with genuine ease, and were very personable! Our Mocha and Coffee were delish so yummy! If I lived in Ottawa, I’d most definitely become a Happy Goat frequent visitor!!
