Dan at Silver Bean catered our corporate event for 90 participants held in the Canoe Museum 2nd floor Event Space and he and his team knocked it out of the park. The food was fresh, and there were sandwiches, salads and soups of all types to meet dietary accommodations. Everyone was raving about the quality and flavour. We also had an afternoon charcuterie board that was amazing, and a morning fruit and pastries plater. Highly recommend the apple, and cheese and onion scone types. And did we mention the coffee was amazing too?

Perfect Meal. The Apple, Old Cheddar, & Ham Panini is the Most Unique Panini I've ever had in my Life. The Chocolate Scone is light yet very flavourful. I LOVED the Blondie, taste very caramel like. So so good. Great customer service. Busy spot. Feels great in here inside the Canoe Museum. Very awesome place overall. Even the salad very great. Wow! I love the name - Silver Bean Café.

My friend and I were visiting the Canadian Canoe Museum so decided to have lunch here. Earlier that morning we had a coffee outside by the river at their King Street location. It was about 1:30pm and it looked like we got there at the tail end of lunch rush. There was a sign saying it would be a wait of @25 min to receive our food. We were hungry but not in a hurry. We managed to snag the last free table. There are also tables outside but they were all taken. I ordered the Chèvre Pear and Walnut Sammie on a ciabatta bun and picked a salad for the side ($16). I love the combination of cheese paired with pear and nuts so it didn’t disappoint. They didn’t skimp on ingredients. The salad was fresh and delicious. My friend was disappointed they didn’t have any chicken for their Chicken Avocado Sammie. She ended up with the Tuna-Apple Sammie ($16) which she said was alright but she really wanted the chicken. We ended our satisfying lunch with an Espresso and a Cappuccino and headed back into the museum.
