Qualify of food is great but portions are too small for the price. Service is average but not exceptional. We have fruity flies around while we were eating and the waiter told us these was not much he could do. It really bothered us. The washroom is really run down and old. The overall dining experiment has declined significantly recently. Hope they will make improvements.

We came in for brunch without a reservation so we called and was told that it'll be a 20-30min wait which is fine with us. We got to the cafe 25minutes later and the cafe was packed and has a line up. We waited for an extra 15-20 min, which is why it feels like they should have more staff during peak hours because there were empty tables that needs to be cleaned up, but only one person was handling the floor all around, while the other person seemed to be for serving foods only. Foodwise, we got their smoked salmon benedict and soft shell crab blt. Both were really good, but the soft shell crab blt is the bomb. We also got their chocolate souffle pancake and iced biscoff vanilla latte. The souffle pancake was pretty good, I just kinda hoped that the chocolate has a stronger taste. Their biscoff latte is good, but I don't see anything special as it just tasted like regular iced coffee. Later on we added their crispy chicken karaage to our order and it was really good as well! Overall, the food was really good but maybe I'll come back when it's less busier. Throughout our experience, the service was good, but after taking our orders it felt like we were forgotten because none of the staffs were looking at our side so we had to wait to the point where we're almost done with our food before getting to add an order. I'm just keeping the 4 stars for service because the guy who accommodated us was nice.

I agree with other comments. The portion is pretty small for some dishes, especially e.g. egg benedicts, salads, etc. The coffee is alright not exceptional. Service is subpar to be honest. Took quite a long time to wait for the foods to come. And they came a few to 10 minutes apart (apparently they don’t have an expo who oversees and manages orders in the back of the house). 3.5 stars
