It’s a decent cafe along Hwy 7 but I’ve had better ones. My go to is a vanilla iced latte, coffee is too foamy and had a bitter after taste in my opinion. There is seating but very limited. Since I didn’t find a decent parking space and just parked along the towing zone I had my drink to go so just consider that if you want to pay a visit.

I was really excited to check this place out—it looks beautiful in photos, and there aren’t many cafes in Vaughan with this kind of aesthetic. Unfortunately, I left disappointed for a few reasons. 1. Parking is terrible. The main lot in front charges $7/hour (weekday), which feels excessive for a café visit. I didn’t notice any other convenient parking options nearby. 2. Aesthetic over function. The interior is undeniably stylish, but it’s not designed for comfort. It’s fine for a quick chat, but not a place to settle in for a while. The seating isn’t comfortable, and the low tables make it impossible to work on a laptop. The high ceilings and open layout also make it feel more like a showroom than a cozy café. 3. Disappointing matcha latte. As a big matcha fan, I found their version lacking. They didn’t use enough matcha, so the flavor was weak, and the color was far too light. For comparison, places like % Arabica and Neo Coffee Bar get this right with a deep green, full-bodied matcha. 4. No baked goods. A café without pastries? Enough said. Overall, if you’re just looking for a quick caffeine fix, it does the job. But for me, a great café should be cozy, comfortable, designed with both style and function in mind, offer well-executed drinks, and have pastries that complement the experience—all with reasonable parking. Di Pietro, unfortunately, falls short.

Fantastic coffee shop with a great atmosphere and top-notch espresso! Right next door is a new park with an outdoor skating rink—perfect for grabbing a coffee and going for a skate or just hanging out.
