If you haven't tried Bing Su before, you just need to go to this top dessert spot and order one. It's better than ice cream and has an incredible texture.

Wow!! This was my first visit here and I was not disappointed. I can't speak to the other items on the menu but the Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsu we tried was fantastic. The take-out containers don't do it any favours, but if you eat in, the presentation is also very nice. Note that you will need to patient, as it is made to order and it takes time to shave the ice, especially if there are others in front of you. But it is definitely worth the wait. It's a very refreshing dessert and perfect for sharing. I'll be going back to try some of the other flavours.

I got the mango bingsu to share with my mom and it was delicious! I also like how they use milk instead of just plain shaved ice. It was so soft and fluffy! The staff were nice and helpful with helping us choose flavors and for clean up as well. They also have a lot of seating. It gets packed in the summer so I reccommend going earlier.
