I went here with family and friends. It was cold and hailing outside, but warm, inviting, and quiet inside. We enjoyed a mocha, decaf mocha, a turkey croissant, avocado toast, and shared a mousse and cake dessert. The food was delicious and very rich. The portions are generous. The service was a bit slow as there was only one person working, but we were not in a hurry. The mocha I enjoyed was flavorful, but a bit cooler than I prefer. Lux Coffee is really leaning into the "lux". The food was served on real plates with real utensils. The napkins on the table were thick ones. The seats were comfortable. There were fresh flowers at the counter and the overall feel was one of elegance. Recommended for a quiet respite from the stresses of the day.

Trying out a new coffee shop since I was on this side of town. This one seemed hidden for us, little cute coffee shop with a really cute vibe. Coffee and bagels were delicious. There is plenty of seating.

I was nervous to try a coffee shop on this side of Portland, but I am so glad I did! The decor is adorable with a clean and elegant vibe. The coffee and food came out quickly, both were delicious, and I loved the latte art! The food was a little on the pricey side however it all seemed to be made fresh and tasted great. Loved the couches, and I sat doing some work for a few hours and never felt rushed or like I over stayed my welcome. I highly recommend giving them a try!
