Brother Andre's is a cafe located in the Epiphany Roman Catholic Church - Divine Mercy Parish. It's the church right next to PPG! They are not just a regular cafe; they serve a greater purpose. Brother Andre's provides meaningful job opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They offer a big food menu from breakfast sandwiches, to homemade pastries, salads and warm sandwiches.They also have a bunch of delicious latte flavors. I got a pistachio latte and I loved it!! The vibes were so relaxing; it's a great place when you just want to take a break from the chaos of the city!

I found a gem right in the heart of Pittsburgh! Brother Andre's Cafe serves so much more than gourmet coffee and baked goods! It provides employment opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promotes products from vulnerable communities in developing countries, and it provides a place of Christian community and fellowship. There are many places you can buy gourmet coffee in Pittsburgh, but when you buy them from Brother André’s Cafe, you are making a positive difference in the lives of people who might otherwise struggle to find employment. Make sure you try the black & gold latte and the chocolate chip cookies, and tell Corey and Krissy that I said hi!!

I absolutely loved visiting Brother Andre’s Cafe! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I had a pleasure getting to meet the staff! This business helps to provide employment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Not only was my cup of coffee delicious…BUT it’s a cup of coffee that inspires and helps give back love and support to a beautiful community of individuals
