Novaria Coffee Co., located on Penn Avenue in the Strip District, is a must-visit for coffee lovers. Open daily, this third-wave Syrian coffee shop offers counter service, making it perfect for a quick grab-and-go or a cozy spot to relax on their comfy couches. You can also grab a table and get some work done in their welcoming space. Their menu is eclectic, featuring traditional Syrian coffee, Japanese cold brew, pour-overs, and delicious lattes. In addition to their regular menu, they have a secret menu displayed on the counter, adding an element of surprise for adventurous coffee drinkers. I tried the Syrian Coffee, which is served hot only. It consists of coffee, cardamom, and water, accompanied by a tiny sweet. The coffee is rich and flavorful, presented on a gold tray, allowing you to pour it yourself—a super cool touch that enhances the experience. I also sampled their baklava, a delicious, flaky pastry, and grabbed a honey oat vanilla latte to go. I can’t wait to try it! Beyond the great coffee and food, the space itself is charming, and the owner is incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be back!

Great spot for Turkish coffee and tasty treats. I had a date and cardamom latte. It was perfect! My husband enjoyed his coffee as well. The owner is friendly and it’s a good spot to sit and visit!

Absolutely the best Syrian coffee! Coffee with a little bit of cardamom serve with a little sweet on the side. Meant to be had while sitting…never to go. Absolutely the most pleasant atmosphere with soothing Arabic music in the background. But while this coffee was great, they are full service coffee shop with all of the coffee offerings that you would want. So happy that I happened upon this place and will be back again.
