My recent visit here to Second Cup Café ( Mega Centre Laval) was truly delightful. The warmth of the staff, the owner went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant visit, stylish ambiance and carefully curated music set the stage for an exceptional experience. The highlight, undoubtedly was the gastronomic journey through their delicious sandwiches and pastries. Crafted with care, each bite was a symphony of flavors, complemented by an extensive selection of mouthwatering coffee varities. Second Cup Café is a gem that exceeds expectations, offering not just great coffee but a complete sensory delight. Highly recommended for those seeking a holistic and inviting coffee haven.

Nice place to sit down and have coffee and their variety is nice to have for picky people. I always see young adults enjoying themselves here while studying.

I think this is why Starbucks is kicking Second Cup’s a@@. It was confusing from the beginning, not sure if it’s because there were lots of people and they work better with a slower flow. We ordered coffee and sandwich combos, picked our sandwiches but had to go back to the front of the line to pick them up and give them to the counter. Then we placed a coffee order and weren’t sure where and when to pick them up. They don’t need to write the names on the cups like Starbucks does but there has to be an understanding from the customer went to pick up the drinks. There seem to be a lot of stuff with each other to create a flow. It was confusing for us and imagine it was the same for others that were waiting in line. With pumpkin lattes pumping out, how do you know which one is your order. I thought the staff worked hard to make the effort but they fell short. So they get an extra star for that. Was delivered the wrong coffee but they corrected it immediately! Sandwiches were toasted but cold inside. If you need help guys, feel free to reach out to us ! ;) A generous 3* because they had the right attitude and effort. Large and clean washrooms, despite the heavy rush.
