Nice location and the cats were adorable and chill. Staff explained the basic procedures on sanitation and ordering well. They were also accommodating on the language. I love supporting local businesses with a cause like this as well. However, something they may need to improve on is the furniture and decor which may need a little rearrangement, cleaning, and maybe update so it doesn't feel cluttered and be more comfortable for customers. As for food and drinks, the chocolate fondant was too rich and heavy we couldn't really finish it but the smores hot chocolate was great. Overall a happy experience for us as tourists and cat lovers.

This cat cafe is one of a kind. The staff provided exceptional service, and every cat was a joy to interact with! Meeting the owner Lisa, a former veteran, was a highlight of our visit. Lisa’s heartfelt story and passion for helping both veterans and cats moved us deeply. We’re so grateful for the work she’s doing for both communities. Thank you for making such a positive impact!

I love cats and spending time there with cats was so calming. The dessert and cafe were delicious. At the entrance, we need to take our shoes off, so it’s better to bring your sandals. The people who works there were friendly. I give 4 stars because one part of the floor was wet and idk if it was water or sth else.
