The staff was very friendly and gave this American tourist some good recommendations of what to get. The maple puff pastry was out of this world. The best pastry I have ever had. The chocolate croissant was also very good. They have a small room that you can dine in inside with customer bathrooms. There aren’t just pastry options, but the bread looked delicious and they have sandwiches and other lunch items.

We bought our house on the Canadian border during COVID, knowing that just across the way lay a world of incredible pastries—but for a long time, they were just out of reach. The very day restrictions lifted, I made it my mission to finally explore, and that’s when I discovered Les Vraies Richesses. What a treasure! I walked out that day with two full sacks of carb-laden goodness and immediately warned my wife she might want to stop eating—because from now on, our pastry game was about to change forever. From perfect croissants to indulgent treats, every bite is a reminder of why French baking is truly an art form. I’ve now visited both locations, and they are equally wonderful, consistently delivering that same magic. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and make the trip. Les Vraies Richesses lives up to its name—it’s pure gold.

Simply divine! Eclair with hazelnut cream was especially superb! Bread was also fantastic!
