AMAZING!! This place is wonderful! I’m new to Clarksville Tennessee, I’m from Texas and I’ve been trying new coffee shops and bagel places around town and after working for Starbucks for so long I got tired of eating their frozen pre packaged sandwiches and basic pastries although I’ll always love them. I wanted to try something different, this place has been my favorite so far and first in place out all I’ve tried, so tasty and their menu is full of variety and is so unique and vibrant!!!!divine and righteous! 🙌🏻🫶🏻🦋💐☕️🥯

Gail and Petra recently visited Atlas Coffee & Co and explored their dog park! It’s such a great area for our furry friends to hang with us while sipping coffee at tables under the trees. We love this little drive-thru trailer! The ladies have done a fabulous job with their outdoor spaces and also have a beautiful garden seating area to enjoy! Of course, the coffee was on point as always!

I’ve been an avid Atlas customer for some time now, approximately 3 years. I understand that with the long lines and rushes the store gets it’s normal to mess up a drink or two, but lately it’s been a different story. The drinks have been completely inconsistent, the expresso shots sometimes come burnt or even have a sour taste, the bagels have been made in a very messy manner, the coffee often comes dripping as well. Today I asked for no whip cream, then they mistakenly added it anyway, and when I asked for the drink to be fixed it seemed that they somehow dipped the whip into the drink or something weird along the lines of that (refer to me he picture below). Some the baristas there (not all) seem to have no care for the customers as if they have no idea what customer service is anymore, often coming off as straight up rude. Sometimes they have side conversations while you are ordering so you have to repeat your order several times for them to get it. Today a barista had completed the order with the vehicle in front of me, handed them their drink, then proceeded to have what seemed like a exceeding long conversation with the car ahead as if they didn’t have two lines that went all the way back to the road during the busiest rush hour of the day. It’s crazy they didn’t realize they had several people waiting on them. There was even cars leaving after seeing they were just talking. I really enjoyed this coffee shop for a long time and it was my favorite, but I don’t think I’ll be returning there anymore after seeing what kind of place it’s become.
