Comeback Coffee

We recently tried Comeback Coffee, which is just a short walk from home. It’s a charming spot with quality coffee, a thoughtfully designed interior, and a beautiful greenhouse area. We enjoyed it so much that we plan to make it part of our regular weekend morning routine.

Super cute coffee shop. It's a great place to go and hang out/study or just rest a bit. The mocha latte was fantastic. The chocolate was especially prominent, and really made the drink come together.

Great espresso drinks! Had here an El Salvadoran natural by Brandywine, which tasted amazing in the cortado, despite being a bit overpowered by milk in a cappuccino. Great bean! Lighter roast, so it doesn’t quite get friendly with too much milk. I’ve had in on a batch before, though, and it was great. Their own Comeback beans feel closer to medium, so they pair well with more milk, as in a cappuccino. Had a Costa Rican natural cortado here before, which tasted like a blueberry cake! The house beans still aren’t too dark at all for a nice batch brew (drip), or a hand pour-over, too. I’m coming back to Comeback!
