Such a chill atmosphere! The decor was cool, plenty of seating and the tables were spaced well too. Erin was super helpful and very knowledgeable. She recommended a hot latte AND a Dalgona cafe latte. Both drinks were so well made (read: delicious) that we ended up getting another one 😂. Definitely recommend the place and the drinks.

Fantastic little place for coffee and treats! Impeccable staff! Really good coffee. One suggestion, please carry stevia. Definitely will continue to support this lovely coffee shop.

TL;DR: The food is excellent and has good prices, and the atmosphere and study spots make this an excellent coffee shop to work out of the house. I found this place looking for somewhere to get out of the house. I spend a lot of time on the computer, since I go to an animation school, as well as animate in my free time. It was difficult for me to stay productive working on my home computer and I often felt cooped up in my room, so I knew I needed to go somewhere else to get work done. I was worried my search for a good place would be exhausting, and that I would never find the right place. Caffe Promenade was one of the first places I tried and I immediately fell in love with it. I always get a choc-o-lot croffle and apple cinnamon cider, and the prices are extremely fair compared to name-brand coffee shops. On top of good food and good prices, they have a spot for charging your laptop while you work and the chairs are really comfortable, and there's almost always a spot available. The environment of the store itself is also fantastic and I often find myself just staring at all the art on the walls. The service is also quick and excellent, and hearing the joyful voice of their service makes me smile every single time. I will continue to come here and support this local business for a really long time.
