Well, that was an interesting experience. When I walked in, I was the only customer. Three employees were there. No one acknowledged me when I walked up to the counter. Girl at the register (nose and lip piercings, receipt says name is Kya) was on her phone when I walked up. I was waiting for her to take her phone away from her ear so she could take my order. When she noticed me, she asked for my order without taking her phone from her ear. I looked at her, expecting her to put her phone down because that’s what people usually do, but she didn’t so I told her what I wanted and paid. I guess I should be impressed by her multitasking skills. She stayed on her phone until she clocked out and left. Seemed a bit rude to me.

I tried their signature Carmel Truffle, and genuinely thought the flavors tasted perfect! It was really well made. I definitely want to go back to Latte Factory try more items.

Beautiful and clean coffee shop with prompt service. I’ve loved all the snacks I’ve tried so far. The caramel truffle ice coffee is my favorite!
