Been going to the Richardson location for years! So happy there is a closer one to where I live. As a die hard coffee enthusiast, the coffee here is amazing and the people here are super friendly. Keep up the good work!!!

Surprisingly nice casual decor. Quite a bit of seating with a few outdoor seats. Nice selection of lunch bagel and croissants. Some pastries, as well. Quite a few cold drinks. Very pleasant staff. Their Dragon Eye coffee drink was unique. I'll be back.

We've been to a few other locations and the wife loves this place. I'm not sure we'll be back to this location. The wife wanted something listed as a cold brew but hot. So she asked what she could get instead. The girl was very sweet but she didn't know. So she asked the guy with the perm. . We were only three feet away and he gave her a look, jerked his head back and shook it like we had asked how we could get a coffee without a cup, and then gave an answer in a sarcastic tone. So then we asked about getting a breakfast sandwich like the one in the picture. The girl gave us an answer that was about how we had to order something and take this off and add this to it. We just wanted what was in the picture. So we got a cookie instead. We waited for our drink and they brought a drink out to another lady. She said she wanted it without ice. So the guy with the perm takes a spoon a scoops the ice out and tops off the drink. I just think the optics of that are bad. Make a new one if she didn't order it that way. So we're still standing there and I'm not sure what was going through there heads as to why we were still standing at the counter. We finally had to ask for the cookie.
