We already have gone two days in a row.. we got food options as well and those were all delicious. We got the spinach feta croissant, cinnamon roll, Cuban sandwich, and a breakfast sandwich.. all good and quick! All of our drinks so far have been very good and the espresso does not have a burnt taste! We tried their Palmer Teas as well, again all delicious! We will be returning and happy it is so close to home! Customer service was great!!

My review will be from the perspective of a creole/cajun living in Amarillo. I think the coffee and the food that me and my wife got were quite excellent. We really wanted to come for the beignets since there really isn’t much Cajun food in Amarillo to offer this delicious pastry. I gotta say they were really good especially having gotten them hot and fresh. They had a good bit of powdered sugar and were very filling. The only thing I didn’t like about them is that they needed to come on a plate and not a bag. beignets will lose a lot of the powdered sugar if they aren’t in a more flat like surface. Otherwise they all will collect at the bottom of the bag like ours did. Other than this, the coffee that we both had, S’mores Vent Ice and Pralines and Cream were really good. I do recommend anyone to come eat and get coffee here. UPDATE Got some beignets from here and was very pleased with the new containers. I’m glad that PJs was able to make the change. I can say that the quality has been increased greatly with this change.

10/10 experience! Place was clean, lively, bright and over all very nice. Every employee I encountered was joyful, helpful and nice. Coffee was good, fresh and came out quickly. Ran into Mike the owner as he was taking out the trash during closing, nice guy and proud of his business! He was kind enough to chat with me and hear my feed back!
