This coffee shop was our only poor experience with our stay at the PGA Omni resort. They had expired food in their cold case (expired 3 days ago) yogurt parfaits and salads. The donut in their case was $7! We were told that they could not make the smoothies that are on their menu with no apology. The sticky bun was good, but not warmed enough. Both employees were not friendly at all. It is a really cute coffee shop, but unfortunately a bad experience.

Overpriced and the drink syrups taste very cheap and artificial. Surprised they don’t have higher quality latte flavors.. especially in a upscale resort. I’ve been to several coffee shops in the area, and after trying a couple of different lattes here, I’d say it’s the worst I’ve had.

Couldn't be happier with my experience. Came in for a quick coffee and ended up buying more. Natalie was the Manager, and took the time to walk me through the menu and helped ring me in. The entire staff was super pleasant. I have stayed at plenty of resorts, but the shops are always lacking in service and experience. I will be back because of service and management like this.
