I absolutely love their teas and usually ask for no ice. At other locations (like Carrollton and Garland), my drink is always filled to the white line marked at the top, but this location consistently serves significantly less. I was told I would need to pay extra - but I already do pay extra to upsize. Yet, my drinks still come out noticeably underfilled. While the tea itself is great, the amount I'm paying for (at least $8 per drink) vs. what I'm receiving is frustrating.

I recently visited 7 Leaves and was extremely disappointed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, there was no acknowledgment, no “welcome in” or even a simple smile. It felt like the staff didn’t care about their customers at all. When I placed my order, I specifically asked for light ice, but it seemed like they ignored my request entirely. My drinks were packed with ice, which made me question if they even listened. To make matters worse, when I got my drinks, there was no “thank you” or any sense of customer service. The lack of attentiveness and care made the whole experience feel unwelcoming. If I’m spending my money here, I expect at least basic courtesy and for my order to be made correctly. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I ordered the mung bean milk tea 50% sweet and it was pretty good! The only issue I had it the large is $7.10 and 80% of the cup is full of ice. So probably remember to say no or very little ice if you go here.
