I enjoyed my time here and my drink. Large selection of ways you can enjoy coffee. I chose areopress coffee, and I had the opportunity to learn about what aeropress coffee really is, and the crafting of the drink; from the blooming process which is about the importance of grams to time to the strength of the drink where it makes the coffee flavor weaker or stronger (and in caffeine). I also enjoyed a hot, fresh chicken empanada. Friendly service and knowledgeable. Big smiles helped my blue heart ☺️

This is a unique coffee shop that offers a variety of brewing methods from around the world. The coffee beans are exquisite and full of flavor. The staff know coffee to their bones. Great place, dry clean, neat atmosphere and delicious coffee and food. Definitely a place to stop in Houston.

Go even if it's just for the experience. The coffee is of course more expensive than your typical $2 drip, but the quality and technique is masterful and you will notice the difference in the first sip. Incredibly knowledgeable staff and a fun way to see your coffee made in front of you. 10/10 will visit again.
