My husband told me he felt an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere when he went to get me boba here. I decided to follow him in the next time we wanted boba, just to give them the benefit of the doubt. After a second time, their customer service is definitely terrible. They do not greet you once you come through the door. The two baristas were talking to each other and the one with the curly hair was busy drinking a drink she made herself. I waited until she was done drinking her drink and talking. She then stared at me with a blank expression. After I told her my order, she made it seem like it was a difficult task to make drinks. The side comments to each other about our order is unnecessary & the boba/tapioca was definitely frozen when I bit into them. I’m guessing the boba isn’t fresh? Overall, the customer service is absolutely terrible & definitely unwelcoming.

I had an order for two people. The food was great. Well cook. Our boba drink was delicious.Place was clean and look good for dates/couples ect. Customers is great and prices are fair. I will return to try new place soon

I love their Chocolate Boba Smoothies! I have to limit myself, because I would eat too much! The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. They have a lot to choose from and it's all done well!
