I ordered a matcha latte and I received a coffee WITH matcha instead. The picture i attached literally looks brown with matcha at the bottom! This was a couple of hours later so the matcha wasn’t at the bottom as depicted when first received. It wasn’t until i got home that the taste was so clearly coffee. I am not sure if this was just an accidental concoction or unclear menu item. I have never been to an establishment that mixes their matcha with coffee and the menu did not have any description as such. I really wanted to like this place because the service was very nice, I just wish that I got the matcha I ordered! I reached out to their email and they added a replacement drink to my account. The service is so great. I still think I will stay away from their Matcha…

Not sure which day it was when I got coffee here but I absolutely loved it!! Wanted to leave a review sooner but got busy. The service there was amazing!! And the coffee was absolutely delicious! I really appreciate one of the staff members specifically her names zaynah!!! She was super attentive! Great vibes thanks to her

This pretty young lady attended me, it was the best service I had ever had. Do consider giving the girl a raise. Her name was something along the name of Aitza.
