I walked in this morning. I was not greeted within the first few minutes and I was the only customer in line and there were 2 cars in drive thru. There were several online orders on the counter. There was a girl that clearly wasn’t happy to be at work today by her obvious demeanor. I asked her if she knew how to make the viral Dubai chocolate pistachio Matcha latte. She looked away from me and said no. I said well I have this video if you want to see it. She asked a coworker and the coworker told her yes and I asked again if they needed to see the video. They both ignored me!! Like I was a problem. I asked again if they knew how to make it because I was getting mad and the girls spoke under their breath to each other then told me my total. I was so upset that I didn’t order my pup’s cup and I told her she could have one today. Come to find out they didn’t put enough pistachio syrup for a venti and there was no chocolate sprinkles or drizzle and the other sprinkles either. My bad for not writing down or ordering on the app, but what happened to the people who enjoy greeting customers and the ones that love being creative?!? I will drive out of my way to try it correctly. So disappointed. The only person that was nice to me was the one who actually made the drink. Find somewhere else to work if you are not happy. I even tipped and scanned for my points and that’s the only reason why she even had my name for my order because she didn’t ask.

Yesterday 2/18/25 ordered a grande nitro cold brew. There was way too much nitro foam compared to cold brew coffee. When I showed this to barista responses we’re that’s how it should be, there was nothing they could do, etc. Response should have been sorry we will report issue and let me make you an additional one. Just horrible customer service.

Tim and the entire staff of Starbuck’s League City are amazing! I’m always greeted with a smile, the baristas make the best drinks, and I love that they are so involved in our community schools. I am so grateful that this location is one I get to visit often! Keep up the great work!
